- Web-based technical support (via our online help system and tutorial videos) is available to you at any (24/7) time
- Phone and email support is available during business days/hours
- Administration of your account (management and maintenance of surveys / users) is available for customers that do not want to add burden to their IT department
- On going training e.g. in case of upgrading your ezysurvey account (add more features to it)
